A partner at the firm, he holds a degree and a Master's degree in Economic Constitutional Law from UFRN (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte).

He has experience in corporate demands, in matters such as contracts, business, regulatory, real estate, environmental and civil. He also operates in internal processes, involving the preparation of due diligence reports, structuring of investments and business deals, in addition to governance and compliance.
