ANDRÉ ELALI is one of the founders of the law firm that bears his name. Graduated more than 20 years ago, he obtained the titles of specialist in tax law, master's degree in political and economic law and doctorate in public law, carrying out, at different periods, research internships in renowned centers in Europe, such as the Max-Planck-Institüt , Queen Mary University of London and the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Recognized as one of the biggest lawyers in the country by Revista Análise, in whose research he has been nominated since 2007, alternately, with other names of national importance, he works in tax, corporate and M&A matters.

He is also an associate professor in the public law department at UFRN, where he previously served as head of the department and deputy coordinator of the postgraduate program.
